Abstract
It was found that vinblastine administered 48 hours after immunization of mice by sheep red cells produced a long-term (for up to 3 days) suppression of 3H-thymidine inclusion into lymphoid cells following a 8-12-hour latent period. This was accompanied with a complete elimination of humoral response of the draining lymph node and a five-fold decrease of the number of antibody-forming cells in the spleen.
摘要
研究发现，在用绵羊红细胞免疫小鼠48小时后给予长春碱，经过8 - 12小时的潜伏期，可对3H - 胸苷掺入淋巴细胞产生长期（长达3天）的抑制作用。这伴随着引流淋巴结体液反应的完全消除以及脾脏中抗体形成细胞数量减少五倍。
