Abstract

Hemsl., a Chinese herbal medicine, may have the potential to treat COVID-19. The geographical origin has a significant influence on the quality and application of In this paper, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) combined with principal component analysis (PCA) and hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA) and other multivariate statistical analyses were performed for the identification of origins. The results showed that the volatile components of from different origins were significantly different. PCA and HCA can clearly distinguish the of Lijiang and Fumin, and Dali and Yongsheng can be distinguished but with a certain overlap. The correlation of different components of was investigated by Pearson correlation. The results showed that characteristic component Elsholtzia ketone is regulated by terpenoid metabolism. The discriminant functions of different origins are constructed by Fisher stepwise discrimination, and its initial verification accuracy and leave-one-out cross-validation accuracy were 100% and 87.5%, respectively.

中药香薷可能具有治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID - 19)的潜力。产地对其质量和应用有显著影响。本文采用气相色谱 - 质谱联用(GC - MS)结合主成分分析(PCA)和层次聚类分析(HCA)等多元统计分析方法对其产地进行鉴别。结果表明,不同产地香薷的挥发成分存在显著差异。PCA和HCA能清晰区分丽江和富民的香薷,大理和永胜的香薷虽能区分但有一定重叠。通过Pearson相关性研究香薷不同成分的相关性。结果表明,特征成分香薷酮受萜类代谢调控。采用Fisher逐步判别法构建不同产地的判别函数,其初始验证准确率和留一法交叉验证准确率分别为100%和87.5%。
