Primary pancreatic lymphoma is a rare entity. Primary pancreatic anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL), representing a unique type of primary pancreatic lymphoma, is an extremely rare condition. ALCL is a type of T-cell lymphoma that can be divided into two subtypes based on anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) expression: ALCLALK positive, and ALCL-ALK negative. We report two cases of ALCL to represent the unique qualities of these primary pancreatic neoplasms.
原发性胰腺淋巴瘤是一种罕见的疾病。原发性胰腺间变性大细胞淋巴瘤（ALCL）是原发性胰腺淋巴瘤的一种独特类型，是一种极为罕见的病症。ALCL是一种T细胞淋巴瘤，根据间变性淋巴瘤激酶（ALK）的表达可分为两个亚型：ALK阳性的ALCL和ALK阴性的ALCL。我们报告两例ALCL病例，以展现这些原发性胰腺肿瘤的独特特征。
