Abstract

is a Gram-negative zoonotic pathogen capable of causing serious infection following dog or cat bite. Infections often manifest as sepsis, fatal septic shock, gangrene, bacteraemia, meningitis and endocarditis. Here we report a case of bacteraemia complicated by tricuspid valve infective endocarditis and septic pulmonary emboli.

是一种革兰氏阴性人畜共患病原体，在被狗或猫咬伤后可引起严重感染。感染通常表现为败血症、致命性感染性休克、坏疽、菌血症、脑膜炎和心内膜炎。在此，我们报告一例并发三尖瓣感染性心内膜炎和感染性肺栓塞的菌血症病例。
