Tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-) plays an important role in coronary heart disease (CHD), a chronic inflammatory process. Meanwhile, this pro-inflammatory factor is also involved in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Patients with RA correspond to a higher risk of CHD. TNF- antagonist, one of the main treatments for RA, may reduce the risk of CHD in patients with RA. This review summarizes the pathogenesis of TNF- in CHD and discusses the relationship between TNF- antagonist and CHD in patients with RA.
肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）在冠心病（CHD）这一慢性炎症过程中发挥着重要作用。同时，这种促炎因子也参与类风湿关节炎（RA）等自身免疫性疾病的发病机制。RA患者患CHD的风险更高。TNF-α拮抗剂作为RA的主要治疗方法之一，可能会降低RA患者患CHD的风险。本综述总结了TNF-α在CHD中的发病机制，并探讨了TNF-α拮抗剂与RA患者CHD之间的关系。
