Salmonellosis, among poultry infectious diseases, not only imposes economic losses in the field of poultry breeding but also is considered a zoonotic disease. This study aimed to investigate the presence of , , and virulence genes in species. The present study was conducted on 30 strains. Samples were cultured on selective and differential media, and afterward, the isolates were serotyped using specific antisera based on the Kauffman-White table. Subsequently, the samples were analyzed to detect , , and genes by polymerase chain reaction technique. The results indicated that 30 (100%) isolates had and virulence genes and 28 (93.33%) isolates had a virulence gene. The highest frequency of serotypes was related to . Among the studied serotypes, and lacked the virulence gene, unlike other serotypes. The findings of this study could pave the way for monitoring and be used as a pattern to detect bacteria-bearing genes encoding invasion and fimbria.
沙门氏菌病是家禽传染病之一,不仅给家禽养殖领域造成经济损失,还被认为是一种人畜共患病。本研究旨在调查 30 株 种中 、 、 和 毒力基因的存在情况。本研究采集了 30 株分离株进行研究。采用选择性和鉴别性培养基对样本进行培养,然后根据 Kauffman-White 表使用特定抗血清对分离株进行血清型分型。随后,采用聚合酶链反应技术分析样本中 、 、 和 基因的存在情况。结果表明,30 株(100%)分离株携带 和 毒力基因,28 株(93.33%)分离株携带 毒力基因。血清型检出频率最高的与 有关。在所研究的血清型中, 与 缺乏毒力基因,与其他血清型不同。本研究结果可以为 监测提供依据,并可作为检测携带侵袭和菌毛编码基因的 细菌的模式。
