Abstract
The title compound, (CHN)[MnBr], comprises two -adamantyl-'-ethyl-imidazolium cations and one tetra-hedral [MnBr] anion. Next to Coulombic inter-actions, weak hydrogen bonds of the type C-H⋯Br consolidate the crystal packing, building up a three-dimensional network.
