This study encoded the complete mitochondrial genomic sequence of the little ringed plover . The mitochondrial genome has a total length of 16,864 bp, consisting of 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNA genes, two rRNA genes, and a control region. The nucleotide composition was 23.8% T, 31.6% A, 30.8% C, and 13.8% G. This study provides the basic information on the mitogenome of and supports the understanding of mitogenomic information and its phylogenetic relationship within Charadriiformes.
本研究对小环颈鸻的完整线粒体基因组序列进行了编码。线粒体基因组全长16,864 bp，由13个蛋白质编码基因、22个tRNA基因、两个rRNA基因和一个控制区组成。核苷酸组成为23.8%的T、31.6%的A、30.8%的C和13.8%的G。本研究提供了关于[物种名称缺失]线粒体基因组的基本信息，并有助于理解鸻形目内的线粒体基因组信息及其系统发育关系。
