Abstract

The metagenome-assembled genome (MAG) sequence of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia strain UJ_SKK_5.5 was obtained from the gut microbiome of Macrotermes bellicosus (termite) from hot, arid Nigeria. The assembled genome (4,313,335 bp) contains 157 contigs, the is 41,072 bp, the GC content is 66.57%, and there are 3,925 protein coding sequences, 3,886 proteins with functional assignments, 39 pseudogenes, and 67 RNA genes.

嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌菌株UJ_SKK_5.5的宏基因组组装基因组(MAG)序列是从来自炎热干旱的尼日利亚的高大白蚁肠道微生物群中获得的。组装后的基因组(4,313,335 bp)包含157个重叠群,N50为41,072 bp,GC含量为66.57%,有3,925个蛋白质编码序列、3,886个具有功能注释的蛋白质、39个假基因和67个RNA基因。
