AIM
The study aimed to explain the acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients' perception of the nurse's healing presence in their comfort in the critical care unit.
DESIGN
This descriptive qualitative study was conducted from December 2020 to September 2021.
METHODS
Twenty-seven ACS patients were purposively selected from a cardiovascular university Hospital, Iran. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews (45-60 min). Data analysis was performed based on the contractual content analysis method of Graneheim and Lundman.
RESULTS
In the data analysis, the main theme 'nurses' healing presence' includes two categories: 'Nurse-patient communication' with two subcategories and the category 'Compassionate care' with three subcategories.
目的
本研究旨在解释急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）患者对护士在重症监护病房中治疗性存在的感知与其舒适度的关系。
设计
这是一项描述性定性研究，于 2020 年 12 月至 2021 年 9 月进行。
方法
从伊朗一家心血管大学医院，采用目的性抽样法选择了 27 名 ACS 患者。数据通过半结构式访谈（45-60 分钟）收集。数据分析基于 Graneheim 和 Lundman 的契约内容分析法进行。
结果
在数据分析中，主题“护士的治疗性存在”包含两个范畴：“护患沟通”包含两个亚范畴，以及“关怀照护”包含三个亚范畴。
