Abstract

Erythrocytes-camouflaged nanoparticles is an delivery system that uses erythrocytes or erythrocyte membrane nano vesicles as carriers for drugs, enzymes, peptides and antigens. This system has the advantages of good biocompatibility, long circulation cycle and efficient targeting. This review summarizes the type of carriers, their development history, the application of delivery strategies as well as their limitations and future challenges. Lastly, future directions and key issues in the development of this system are discussed.

摘要

红细胞伪装纳米颗粒是一种以红细胞或红细胞膜纳米囊泡作为药物、酶、肽和抗原载体的递送系统。该系统具有生物相容性好、循环周期长和靶向效率高的优点。本文综述了载体类型、发展历程、递送策略的应用以及其局限性和未来挑战。最后,讨论了该系统发展的未来方向和关键问题。
