Chemical investigation of the plant-derived endophytic fungus YSP3 led to the isolation of four new compounds (-), including two new xanthones (phomopthane A and B, and ), one new alternariol methyl ether derivative () and one α-pyrone derivative (phomopyrone B, ), together with eight known compounds (-). The structures of new compounds were interpreted on the basis of spectroscopic data and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. All new compounds were assessed for their antimicrobial and cytotoxic potential. Compound showed cytotoxic activity against HeLa and MCF-7 cells with IC values of 5.92 µM and 7.50 µM, respectively, while compound has an antibacterial effect on (MIC value 16 μg/mL).
对植物源内生真菌YSP3进行化学研究,分离得到了4个新化合物(-),包括2个新的呫吨酮(异茎点霉烷A和B,以及)、1个新的链格孢酚单甲醚衍生物()和1个α-吡喃酮衍生物(异茎点霉吡喃酮B,),同时还得到了8个已知化合物(-)。通过光谱数据和单晶X射线衍射分析确定了新化合物的结构。对所有新化合物的抗菌和细胞毒性潜力进行了评估。化合物对HeLa和MCF-7细胞显示出细胞毒性活性,IC值分别为5.92 μM和7.50 μM,而化合物对(最低抑菌浓度值为16 μg/mL)具有抗菌作用。
