sp. strain PAP.12 (EXT111900) and sp. strain PAP.19 (EXT111901) were isolated from marine samples. Here, we report their draft genome sequences, 5.032 Mbp and 4.583 Mbp in size, respectively, and rate their specialized metabolite production capacity. Taxonomic ranks established by genome-based analysis indicate that sp. strain PAP.12 represents a candidate new species.
sp.菌株PAP.12（EXT111900）和sp.菌株PAP.19（EXT111901）从海洋样本中分离得到。在此，我们报告它们的基因组草图序列，大小分别为5.032 Mbp和4.583 Mbp，并评估它们产生特殊代谢产物的能力。基于基因组分析确定的分类等级表明，sp.菌株PAP.12代表一个候选新物种。
