To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on patients with intracranial aneurysm subarachnoid hemorrhage who underwent interventional embolization.
According to the random number table method, 80 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by intracranial aneurysm who received interventional embolization in our hospital from September 2018 to May 2021 were randomly divided into a control group of 40 cases and an observation group of 40 cases. 40 cases, the two groups were implemented routine nursing and humanized nursing.
Compared with before nursing, the anxiety score, depression score, compliance rate, complication rate and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after nursing (P < 0.05); Karnofsky Performance Status Scale score, Activity of daily living scale of the observation group and quality of life scores were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Humanized nursing can effectively improve the psychological state of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by intracranial aneurysm during the perioperative period of interventional embolization, enhance their compliance with treatment, reduce complications, and make patients more satisfied with nursing services.
探讨护理干预对颅内动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者行介入栓塞术的影响。
采用随机数字表法，将2018年9月至2021年5月在我院接受介入栓塞治疗的80例颅内动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者随机分为对照组40例和观察组40例，两组分别实施常规护理和人性化护理。
与护理前比较，护理后观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分、依从率、并发症发生率及PSQI评分均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组卡氏功能状态量表评分、日常生活活动能力量表评分及生活质量评分均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。
人性化护理可有效改善颅内动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者介入栓塞围手术期的心理状态，增强其治疗依从性，减少并发症，提高患者对护理服务的满意度。
