Abstract

Four new glycosides, named amplexicosides A-D (-), and five known compounds: benzyl 2-[-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)--D-glucopyranosyloxy]-benzoate (), benzyl 2-neohesperidosyloxy-6-hydroxybenzoate (), chrysandroside A (), chrysandroside B () and camelliquercetiside C () were isolated from the branches and leaves of (Pit.) Cohen-Stuart. Their structures were elucidated using HR-ESI-MS and 1D- and 2D-NMR spectra and compared to reported NMR data. All of the isolated compounds were screened in an -glucosidase assay. Compounds , , and significantly inhibited -glucosidase with respective IC values of 254.9 ± 4.2, 304.8 ± 11.9 and 228.1 ± 16.4 μM.

从 (Pit.)Cohen-Stuart 的枝叶中分离得到了四个新的糖苷,分别命名为amplexicosides A-D (-),以及五个已知化合物:苄基 2-[-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→6)--D-吡喃葡萄糖氧基]-苯甲酸酯 ()、苄基 2-新橙皮糖苷氧基-6-羟基苯甲酸酯 ()、chrysandroside A ()、chrysandroside B () 和 camelliquercetiside C ()。采用高分辨电喷雾质谱和 1D-和 2D-NMR 谱并与报道的 NMR 数据进行比较,阐明了它们的结构。对所有分离得到的化合物进行了 -葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性筛选。化合物 、 、 对 -葡萄糖苷酶具有显著的抑制作用,IC 值分别为 254.9±4.2、304.8±11.9 和 228.1±16.4 μM。
