Three new oleanane-type triterpene saponins, named camphanosides A-C (1-3), along with five known compounds, chikusetsusaponin IVa (4), spinasaponin A 28-O-glucoside (5), (-)-epicatechin (6), (-)-epicatechin 3-O-gallate (7), and (-)-epigallocatechin 3-O-gallate (8) were isolated from the leaves Camellia phanii Hakoda & Ninh. Their structures were established by 1D and 2D-NMR and mass spectral analysis and chemical methods. Moreover, compounds 1-5 were also evaluated for α-glucosidase inhibitory activity. Compounds 1-3 exhibited moderate α-glucosidase inhibitory activity with IC values of 230.7±18.0, 251.4±22.7, and 421.4±25.6 μM, respectively.
从山茶花叶片中分离得到了三种新的齐墩果烷型三萜皂苷,分别命名为樟烷苷 A-C(1-3),以及另外五种已知化合物:柴胡皂苷 IVa(4)、旋覆花皂苷 A 28-O-葡萄糖苷(5)、(-)-表儿茶素(6)、(-)-表儿茶素 3-O-没食子酸酯(7)和(-)-表没食子儿茶素 3-O-没食子酸酯(8)。通过 1D 和 2D-NMR 以及质谱分析和化学方法确定了它们的结构。此外,还对化合物 1-5 进行了α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性评价。化合物 1-3 对α-葡萄糖苷酶表现出中等抑制活性,IC 值分别为 230.7±18.0、251.4±22.7 和 421.4±25.6μM。
