Carbamoyl fluorides, fluoroformates, and their analogues are a class of important compounds and have been evidenced as versatile building blocks for the preparation of useful molecules in organic chemistry. While major achievements were made in the synthesis of carbamoyl fluorides, fluoroformates, and their analogues in the last half of 20 century, an increasing number of reports have focused on using O/S/Se=CF species or their equivalents as the fluorocarbonylation reagents for the direct construction of these compounds from the parent heteroatom-nucleophiles in recent years. This review mainly summarizes the advances in the synthesis and typical application of carbamoyl fluorides, fluoroformates, and their analogues by the halide exchanges and fluorocarbonylation reactions since 1980.
氨基甲酰氟、氟甲酸酯及其类似物是一类重要的化合物,已被证明是有机化学中制备有用分子的多功能构件。虽然在20世纪后半叶氨基甲酰氟、氟甲酸酯及其类似物的合成方面取得了重大成就,但近年来越来越多的报道集中于使用O/S/Se=CF物种或其等价物作为氟羰基化试剂,从母体杂原子亲核试剂直接构建这些化合物。本综述主要总结了自1980年以来通过卤化物交换和氟羰基化反应合成氨基甲酰氟、氟甲酸酯及其类似物的研究进展以及它们的典型应用。
