A photocatalytic three-component cascade reaction of quinoxalin-2(1)-ones, alkenes, and sulfinic acids under metal-, strong oxidant-, and external photocatalyst-free conditions was developed. The reaction was performed at room temperature using air as a green oxidant. Various sulfonated quinoxalin-2(1)-ones were obtained in satisfactory yields with good functional group compatibility. The preliminary study showed that the current transformation was enabled by the formation of an electron donor-acceptor (EDA) complex between quinoxalin-2(1)-ones and sulfinic acids.
开发了一种在无金属、强氧化剂和外加光催化剂条件下,通过喹喔啉-2(1)-酮、烯烃和亚磺酸的光催化三组分级联反应。该反应在室温下进行,以空气为绿色氧化剂。各种磺化喹喔啉-2(1)-酮以令人满意的收率得到,具有良好的官能团相容性。初步研究表明,当前的转化是通过喹喔啉-2(1)-酮和亚磺酸之间形成电子给体-受体(EDA)复合物来实现的。
