The therapeutic effect of carminomycin in various combinations with other antitumor drugs, i. e. vincristin, cyclophosphan, dactinomycin and metatrexate was studied in clinics on 18 children with wide-spread Juing sarcoma. Satisfactory direct effect was observed with the use of the above combinations in 47.0 per cent of the patients, which was evident from a decrease in the secondary tumor, disappearance of the pains and improvement of the general state of the patients.
在临床上对18例患有广泛尤文肉瘤的儿童研究了卡米诺霉素与其他抗肿瘤药物（即长春新碱、环磷酰胺、放线菌素和甲氨蝶呤）的各种联合使用的治疗效果。在47.0%的患者中使用上述联合用药观察到了令人满意的直接效果，这从继发性肿瘤的缩小、疼痛消失以及患者总体状况的改善中可以明显看出。
