Abstract

A novel radical cascade trifluoromethylthiolation/cyclization of dienes (-alkyl-2-(1-phenylvinyl)aniline derivatives) with AgSCF has been developed. This approach provides simple and efficient access to a wide range of SCF-containing medium-sized rings (7/8/9-membered heterocycles). Preliminary mechanistic studies suggest that the reaction is realized through a silver-assisted radical cascade cyclization process. The large-scale experiment and modification of the product reveal the promising utility of this protocol.

一种新型的自由基级联三氟甲基化/环化反应(-烷基-2-(1-苯乙烯基)苯胺衍生物)已经与 AgSCF 一起开发出来。这种方法为含有 SCF 的中到大环(7/8/9 元杂环)的合成提供了简单有效的途径。初步的机理研究表明,反应是通过银辅助的自由基级联环化过程实现的。该反应的大规模实验和产物的修饰揭示了该方案的应用潜力。
