The current study aimed to examine the relationship between sensory processing skills and feeding behavior in cerebral palsy (CP) children aged 3-6 years with cerebral visual impairment (CVI). A total of ninety mothers participated in the study in three groups: thirty mothers of children with CP with CVI, thirty mothers of children with CP without CVI, and thirty mothers of children with typical development (TD). The sensory processing skill of the children was evaluated with the Sensory Profile (SP), and feeding behavior was evaluated with the the Behavioral Pediatric Feeding Assessment Scale (BPFAS). In the triple comparison, a significant difference was found between the groups in all SP parameter and BPFAS scores ( < 0.001). Post hoc analysis revealed statistically significant differences between the groups in all parameters ( < 0.001). Feeding problems were detected in 65% of all groups. In the correlation analysis, a significant relationship was found between all parameters of the SP and the BPFAS ( < 0.05). In terms of sensory processing skills and feeding status, it was determined that children with CVI with CP had more problems than children with CP without CVI, and children with CP without CVI had more problems than children with TD. With these results, it was concluded that sensory processing problems affect feeding status, and visual impairment causes both sensory problems and feeding problems.
本研究旨在探讨3至6岁患有脑性视觉障碍（CVI）的脑瘫（CP）儿童的感觉加工技能与进食行为之间的关系。共有90位母亲参与了该研究，分为三组：30位患有CVI的CP儿童的母亲、30位未患CVI的CP儿童的母亲以及30位发育正常（TD）儿童的母亲。使用感觉概况量表（SP）评估儿童的感觉加工技能，使用儿童行为性进食评估量表（BPFAS）评估进食行为。在三重比较中，发现所有SP参数和BPFAS分数在各组之间存在显著差异（<0.001）。事后分析显示所有参数在各组之间存在统计学显著差异（<0.001）。在所有组中，65%的儿童被检测出存在进食问题。在相关性分析中，发现SP的所有参数与BPFAS之间存在显著关系（<0.05）。在感觉加工技能和进食状况方面，确定患有CVI的CP儿童比未患CVI的CP儿童存在更多问题，未患CVI的CP儿童比TD儿童存在更多问题。基于这些结果，得出结论：感觉加工问题会影响进食状况，而视觉障碍会导致感觉问题和进食问题。
