Three new dimeric sorbicillinoids (-) and one new 3,4,6-trisubstituted α-pyrone (), along with seven analogues ( and -), were isolated from the mangrove endophytic fungus SCNU-F0042 under the guidance of molecular networking approach. Their chemical structures were established by 1D and 2D NMR HR-ESI-MS and ECD analysis. In a bioassay, compound exhibited moderate SARS-CoV-2 inhibitory activity with an EC value of 29.0 μM.
