Endoscopic ultrasound-guided rendezvous with a 22-gauge needle and a 0.018-inch guidewire, assisted by a 3-Fr microcatheter, effectively addresses challenges in biliary cannulation, improving guidewire manipulation and reducing risks of injury and leakage.
