Abstract

Nineteen triterpenoids, including five previously unknown (four triucallane-type derivatives and one highly oxidized A, B-seco limonoids), together with fourteen known triterpenoids, were isolated from the fruits of Aphanamixis polystachya. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis. All isolates were evaluated their anti-inflammatory activities. The result showed that all compounds inhibit LPS-induced nitric oxide production in RAW264.7 macrophages with their IC value ranging from 95 to 1332 uM, and compound 6 exhibited obvious anti-inflammatory activity comparable to that of the positive control, with IC values of 94.96 uM.

从八角枫科八角枫属植物华瓜木中分离得到 19 个三萜类化合物,包括 5 个新化合物(4 个三萜烷型衍生物和 1 个高度氧化的 A、B-裂环柠檬苦素)和 14 个已知化合物。通过波谱数据分析鉴定了它们的结构。所有化合物都进行了抗炎活性评价,结果表明,所有化合物对 LPS 诱导的 RAW264.7 巨噬细胞一氧化氮的产生均具有抑制活性,IC50 值范围为 95~1332μM,化合物 6 表现出明显的抗炎活性,与阳性对照相当,IC50 值为 94.96μM。
