Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease affecting glucose metabolism. The pathophysiological reactions underpinning the disease can lead to the development of late diabetes complications. The gut microbiota plays important roles in weight regulation and the maintenance of a healthy digestive system. Obesity, diabetes mellitus, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic nephropathy and diabetic neuropathy are all associated with a microbial imbalance in the gut. Modern technical equipment and advanced diagnostic procedures, including xmolecular methods, are commonly used to detect both quantitative and qualitative changes in the gut microbiota. This review summarises collective knowledge on the role of the gut microbiota in both types of diabetes mellitus and their late complications, with a particular focus on diabetic foot syndrome.

糖尿病是一种影响葡萄糖代谢的慢性疾病。疾病的病理生理反应可导致晚期糖尿病并发症的发生。肠道微生物群在体重调节和维持健康的消化系统方面发挥着重要作用。肥胖症、糖尿病、糖尿病性视网膜病变、糖尿病肾病和糖尿病神经病变都与肠道微生物失衡有关。现代技术设备和先进的诊断程序,包括 x 分子方法,常用于检测肠道微生物群的定量和定性变化。本综述总结了肠道微生物群在两种类型的糖尿病及其晚期并发症中的作用的集体知识,特别关注糖尿病足综合征。
