Abstract

Four new nortriterpenoid alkaloids, namely buxrugulines E-H (-), along with five known ones (-), were isolated from the twigs and leaves of . Their structures were identified based on extensive NMR data and MS spectroscopic analyses. Our bioassays revealed that compounds , and exhibited potent cytotoxicity in vitro against MCF-7 cell lines, with IC values ranging from 6.70 to 11.00 μM, respectively.
