Abstract

Two new styryl lactone derivatives, goniothapic acids A () and B (), and 18 known compounds, were isolated from the twig and leaf extracts of Miq. The structures of new compounds were characterised by spectroscopic methods and HRESITOFMS. Their absolute configuration was established by comparing the experimental and calculated ECD spectra. Eleven compounds were evaluated for their α-glucosidase inhibitory activity. Of these, (-)-goniothalamin () and oldhamactam () showed the best α-glucosidase inhibitory activity with IC values of 54.8 and 57.9 µM, respectively.

从哥纳香(Goniothalamus chinensis Miq.)的嫩枝和叶提取物中分离得到两个新的苯乙烯基内酯衍生物——哥纳香酸A()和B(),以及18个已知化合物。通过光谱方法和高分辨电喷雾电离飞行时间质谱(HRESITOFMS)对新化合物的结构进行了表征。通过比较实验和计算的电子圆二色谱(ECD)光谱确定了它们的绝对构型。对11个化合物进行了α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性评价。其中,(-)-哥纳甜素()和奥氏马兜铃酰胺()表现出最佳的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性,IC值分别为54.8和57.9 μM。
