Abstract
The authors present a rare autopsy case of coexistence of adenocarcinoma and choriocarcinoma in stomach. The tumor was characterized histologically and by the detection of carcinoembryonic antigen and human chorionic gonadotropin in the neoplastic cells by immunoperoxidase technique. The prognosis for gastric adenocarcinoma with choriocarcinomatous elements is exceedingly poor. This patient died three months after the first complain.

作者报告了一例罕见的胃腺癌与绒毛膜癌并存的尸检病例。通过组织学检查以及免疫过氧化物酶技术检测肿瘤细胞中的癌胚抗原和人绒毛膜促性腺激素对该肿瘤进行了特征描述。伴有绒毛膜癌成分的胃腺癌预后极差。该患者在首次出现症状三个月后死亡。
