Intensive spontaneous production of IgG by peripheral blood lymphocytes in vitro is detected at the onset of rash in patients with rubella virus infection. The IgG synthesized consists not only of antibodies against rubella virus specific antigens but also of antibodies to unrelated viruses.
在风疹病毒感染患者出疹开始时，可检测到外周血淋巴细胞在体外大量自发产生IgG。合成的IgG不仅包括针对风疹病毒特异性抗原的抗体，还包括针对无关病毒的抗体。
