Abstract
Prostaglandins play an important role in the platelet-vessel wall interactions. Superfusion with PGI2 of arterial segments prepared in an in vivo model for thrombus induction resulted in a very marked dose-effect-related decrease of white arterial thrombus formation.
摘要
前列腺素在血小板与血管壁的相互作用中起重要作用。在体内诱导血栓形成的模型中，用前列环素（PGI2）对动脉节段进行灌流，导致白色动脉血栓形成出现非常明显的剂量效应相关下降。
