Phytochemical study of the leaves of Guillaumin resulted in the isolation of a new natural product egonol-3''-sulphate (), and two new derivatives egonol-3-methylD-galactopyranoside () and 7-methoxy-2-(3',4'-methylenedioxyphenyl)-benzofuran-5-carboxamide (). Their chemical structures were -elucidated by spectroscopic data. Compounds and significantly established a great role for the chemotaxonomic aspect. Compound showed cytotoxicity against four cancer cell lines KB, HepG2, Lu, and MCF7 with the IC values of 84.90-101.69 µg/mL, and exhibited acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitory activity with the IC value of 97.08 µg/mL.
对圭亚那草叶进行植物化学研究,从中分离出一种新的天然产物丁香酚-3''-硫酸盐(),以及两种新的衍生物丁香酚-3-甲基-D-吡喃半乳糖苷()和7-甲氧基-2-(3',4'-亚甲二氧基苯基)-苯并呋喃-5-甲酰胺()。通过光谱数据阐明了它们的化学结构。化合物和在化学分类学方面发挥了重要作用。化合物对四种癌细胞系KB、HepG2、Lu和MCF7显示出细胞毒性,IC值为84.90 - 101.69μg/mL,并表现出乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)抑制活性,IC值为97.08μg/mL。
