Abstract
E. Coli tRNAfMet fragments, C-G-C-G-Gp (bases 1-5), U-G-C-G-Gp (base 1 transition, analog) pG-G-C-G-Gp (base 1 transversion analog) and pG-G-s4U-G-Gp (bases 6-10) were synthesized by triester methods using 2'-O-(o-nitrobenzyl) nucleotides including a 3',5'-bisphosphorylated guanosine derivative. The s4U containing pentanucleotide was derived from the pG-G-C-G-Gp by treatment with liquid hydrogen sulfide.

使用包括3',5'-双磷酸化鸟苷衍生物的2'-O-(邻硝基苄基)核苷酸，通过三酯法合成了大肠杆菌甲硫氨酸起始tRNA片段，C-G-C-G-Gp（碱基1-5）、U-G-C-G-Gp（碱基1转换类似物）、pG-G-C-G-Gp（碱基1颠换类似物）和pG-G-s4U-G-Gp（碱基6-10）。含s4U的五核苷酸是通过用硫化氢处理pG-G-C-G-Gp得到的。
