We present a genome assembly from an individual male (the particolored bat; Chordata; Mammalia; Chiroptera; Vespertilionidae). The genome sequence is 1,925.6 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 20 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the X and Y sex chromosomes. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 16.96 kilobases in length.
我们展示了一只雄性个体（花蝙蝠；脊索动物门；哺乳纲；翼手目；蝙蝠科）的基因组组装结果。基因组序列跨度为19.256亿碱基对。大部分组装序列被构建成20条染色体假分子，包括X和Y性染色体。线粒体基因组也已组装完成，长度为16.96千碱基对。
