Abstract
Cells cytotoxic for syngeneic, allogeneic and xenogeneic cultured target cells are shown to be induced spontaneously in cultures of murine lymphoid cells. Serum containing bacillus Calmette-Guérin and endotoxin-induced tumour necrosis factor accelerates the appearance of observed natural cytotoxic cells.
