Abstract

Highly regioselective tungsten (W)-catalyzed decarboxylative allylic amination of allylic carbamates has been developed. Allylic carbamates can be generated from readily available allylic alcohols and commercially available isocyanates. In the presence of a tungsten catalyst, branched allylic amines could be obtained in moderate to good yields with excellent regioselectivities (b/l > 20 : 1), and CO is the only byproduct. This reaction features mild conditions and a broad substrate scope, and aryl- and aliphatic-substituted allylic alcohols and isocyanates are suitable substrates.

已开发出高度区域选择性的钨(W)催化的烯丙基氨基甲酸酯的脱羧烯丙基胺化反应。烯丙基氨基甲酸酯可由容易获得的烯丙醇和市售异氰酸酯制备。在钨催化剂存在下,可获得支链烯丙基胺,产率中等至良好,区域选择性优异(支链/直链>20:1),且一氧化碳是唯一的副产物。该反应条件温和,底物范围广,芳基和脂肪族取代的烯丙醇及异氰酸酯均为合适的底物。
