A visible-light-induced C-3 alkylation of quinoxalin-2(1)-ones with ,,','-tetraalkylethylenediamine was achieved without an external photocatalyst. The mechanism showed that quinoxalin-2(1)-ones could act as photocatalysts. The accessibility of the reagents and the green and mild reaction conditions made this protocol an alternative method to access C-3 alkylated quinoxalin-2(1)-ones.
在无外部光催化剂的情况下实现了喹喔啉-2(1)-酮与N,N,N',N'-四烷基乙二胺的可见光诱导C-3烷基化反应。机理研究表明喹喔啉-2(1)-酮可作为光催化剂。该反应试剂易得,且反应条件绿色温和,使得此方法成为合成C-3烷基化喹喔啉-2(1)-酮的一种替代方法。
