Abstract

This report describes a single-port laparoscopic approach for giant ovarian cystectomy tailored for postpartum patients. For asymptomatic giant ovarian cysts reaching full term, timely postpartum single-port laparoscopic surgery may confer benefits by utilizing physiological alterations to mitigate risks and enhance surgical outcomes.

本报告描述了一种为产后患者量身定制的单孔腹腔镜巨大卵巢囊肿切除术方法。对于足月的无症状巨大卵巢囊肿，产后及时进行单孔腹腔镜手术可利用生理变化来降低风险并提高手术效果，从而带来益处。
