We present a genome assembly from an individual female (the Satin Lutestring moth; Arthropoda; Insecta; Lepidoptera; Drepanidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 369.10 megabases. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 32 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the Z and W sex chromosomes. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 15.41 kilobases in length. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 18,318 protein-coding genes.
