Abstract

We studied the influence of the α-adrenergic receptor agonist methoxamine on the frequency of spontaneous activity and the parameters of electrical activity of the atrial myocardium from 21-day-old rats with normal sinus (preserved sinus node) or paced rhythm. Stimulation with methoxamine increased the frequency of spontaneous activity. Under the conditions of preserved sinus rhythm, the α-adrenergic agonist decreased the duration of the repolarization phase of the action potential, whereas at paced rhythm, this parameter increased.

我们研究了α-肾上腺素能受体激动剂甲氧明对正常窦性(窦房结保留)或起搏节律的21日龄大鼠心房肌自发活动频率和电活动参数的影响。甲氧明刺激增加了自发活动频率。在窦性节律保留的情况下,α-肾上腺素能激动剂缩短了动作电位复极化期的持续时间,而在起搏节律下,该参数增加。
