Abstract
A case of Waldenström's macroglobulinemia in a 63-year-old man is presented. The clinical course was complicated by pulmonary infiltration classified by biopsy as immunocytoma. The clinical findings and therapeutic possibilities in this rare case of Waldenström's macroglobulinemia with with pulmonary complications are discussed in the light of the literature.

本文报告一例63岁男性的瓦尔登斯特伦巨球蛋白血症。临床过程因肺部浸润而复杂化，活检分类为免疫细胞瘤。结合文献讨论了这例伴有肺部并发症的罕见瓦尔登斯特伦巨球蛋白血症的临床发现及治疗可能性。
