Abstract

This study reports on the depolymerization of poly(hydroxyurethane)s prepared from five-membered cyclic carbonates and amines. Based on the model reaction of hydroxyurethanes with low molecular weight, this study examines the decomposition behavior and reveals that the trifluoroacetic acid promotes the transformation into a five-membered cyclic carbonate in good yield. Under the optimized conditions, the linear and networked poly(hydroxyurethane)s depolymerizes to afford the corresponding five-membered cyclic carbonate monomers.

本研究报道了由五元环状碳酸酯和胺制备的聚(羟基聚氨酯)的解聚反应。基于低分子量羟基聚氨酯的模型反应,本研究考察了其分解行为,并发现三氟乙酸能以良好的产率促进其转化为五元环状碳酸酯。在优化条件下,线性和网状聚(羟基聚氨酯)解聚得到相应的五元环状碳酸酯单体。
