Abstract

is fastidious, visual etiological evidence is extremely difficult to obtain, and positive results from blood cultures are even rarer. A 51-year-old female patient was admitted to our hospital for 3 days with fever, and polyarticular pain was diagnosed as infectious fever by a series of examinations, but the pathogen could not be determined. was identified by blood culture and mass spectrometry. Combined with the drug sensitivity test results, ceftriaxone was given and she recovered. This case is extremely rare, underlining the importance of standardized timely testing and collaboration between clinical and microbiology laboratories.

摘要

该菌苛求,极难获得可见的病原学证据,血培养阳性结果更是罕见。一名51岁女性患者因发热入院3天,经一系列检查诊断为多关节疼痛伴感染性发热,但病原体无法确定。通过血培养和质谱法鉴定出了(病原体)。结合药敏试验结果,给予头孢曲松治疗后患者康复。该病例极为罕见,凸显了标准化及时检测以及临床实验室与微生物实验室之间协作的重要性。
