Pulmonary artery aneurysms (PAAs) are uncommon and are associated with diverse mechanisms. The optimal timing of operative management remains ill-defined and must be guided by individualized consideration of the origin and progression of the disease. This case series presents 3 patients with PAAs with unusual causes and reviews PAA management.
肺动脉瘤（PAA）并不常见，且与多种机制相关。手术治疗的最佳时机仍不明确，必须根据对疾病起源和进展的个体化考量来指导。本病例系列介绍了3例病因特殊的肺动脉瘤患者，并对肺动脉瘤的治疗进行了综述。
