Abstract

The genus (Pleosporales, Pleosporaceae) comprises saprophytes and pathogens that are widespread around the world. Currently, more than 400 species are recognized within this genus and are classified into 29 sections. In this study, strains were isolated from diseased leaves of two cereal crops, rice () and maize () in China. These spp. were characterized by morphological characterization and phylogenetic analysis using maximum likelihood and Bayesian inference with multiple loci (ITS, , , , , , and OPA10-2). Based on the above analyses, three novel species of AlternariasectionAlternaria were introduced, namely , , and This study expands the species diversity of associated with Poaceae plants in China.

链格孢属(格孢腔菌目,格孢腔菌科)包括腐生菌和病原菌,广泛分布于世界各地。目前,该属已确认有400多种,并分为29个组。在本研究中,从中国两种谷类作物水稻(Oryza sativa)和玉米(Zea mays)的病叶中分离出菌株。这些链格孢属物种通过形态学特征以及使用最大似然法和贝叶斯推断法对多个基因座(ITS、ACT、GAPDH、RPB2、TEF1、TUB2和OPA10-2)进行系统发育分析来进行表征。基于上述分析,引入了链格孢属链格孢组的三个新物种,即链格孢新种A. oryzae、A. maydis和A. guangdongensis。本研究扩展了中国与禾本科植物相关的链格孢属物种多样性。
