evidence of antidepressant-driven antibiotic resistance has recently been described. In this retrospective cohort study, significant associations are identified between antidepressant use and antibiotic resistance on urine cultures taken in the Emergency Department. This epidemiologic data supports previous work and raises additional questions for further study.
