Rare Case of Mature Cystic Teratoma of the Parotid Gland in a Paediatric Patient: Surgical Management.

Teratomas are exceptionally rare in the parotid and occurrence in pediatric patients adds to their rarity, as most cases are reported in adults. Here, we present a case of a 9-year-old female with a mature cystic teratoma of the parotid, successfully managed with complete surgical excision, underscoring the unique clinical challenge and successful treatment for such rare Tumors in pediatric populations.
