Abstract

Endoscopic resection techniques have been extensively applied in the treatment of precancerous lesions and early-stage cancers in the digestive tract. Both endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) and most endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) procedures rely heavily on submucosal injection-a critical step that ensures complete lesion removal and helps prevent postoperative bleeding and perforation. This technique has also greatly contributed to the advancement and widespread adoption of endoscopic procedures. The selection of appropriate submucosal injection materials merits attention. This paper expounds on the current research status of submucosal injection materials and envisions the future development directions of submucosal injection materials.

摘要

内镜切除技术已广泛应用于消化道癌前病变和早期癌症的治疗。内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)和大多数内镜黏膜切除术(EMR)都严重依赖黏膜下注射——这是确保病变完整切除并有助于预防术后出血和穿孔的关键步骤。该技术也极大地推动了内镜手术的进步和广泛应用。选择合适的黏膜下注射材料值得关注。本文阐述了黏膜下注射材料的研究现状,并展望了黏膜下注射材料的未来发展方向。
