Abstract
A cavitary lung mass discovered after SARS-CoV-2 infection can represent a benign inflammatory pseudotumor that will regress with watchful follow-up, thereby sparing the patient an unnecessary surgical resection.

在感染严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2（SARS-CoV-2）后发现的肺空洞性肿块可能是良性炎性假瘤，通过密切随访会消退，从而使患者避免不必要的手术切除。
