Abstract

is a Gram-negative bacterium that thrives in anaerobic environments. It presents challenges in detection through routine laboratory assays, and hitherto, there has been no documented instance of detecting this bacterium in pericardial effusion in China. Metagenomic Next-Generation Sequencing (mNGS) can boost the detection rate of this pathogen and furnish early guidance for clinical management.

是一种革兰氏阴性菌,在厌氧环境中生长旺盛。通过常规实验室检测对其进行检测存在挑战,迄今为止,中国尚无在心包积液中检测到这种细菌的记录实例。宏基因组下一代测序(mNGS)可以提高这种病原体的检测率,并为临床管理提供早期指导。
