Abstract

Both open and arthroscopic techniques have been successful in treating posterior ankle impingement syndrome and related hindfoot issues. However, arthroscopy stands out for its superior benefits, including reduced morbidity, minimal scarring, less trauma to surrounding tissues, and quicker recovery, allowing patients to return to their daily lives and sporting activities swiftly. In this article, we share our positive experience with posterior ankle arthroscopy for os trigonum excision, highlighting its impact on enhancing patient outcomes and restoring full ankle function.

摘要

开放手术和关节镜技术在治疗后踝撞击综合征及相关后足问题方面均取得了成功。然而，关节镜手术因其卓越的优势脱颖而出，包括发病率降低、疤痕极小、对周围组织的创伤较小以及恢复更快，使患者能够迅速回归日常生活和体育活动。在本文中，我们分享了后踝关节镜下切除三角骨的积极经验，强调了其对改善患者预后和恢复踝关节全部功能的影响。
